Pool maintenance

Package pool maintenance
85 €  per month

2 pool maintenances per month from October 1st to April 30th
4 pool maintenances per month from May 1st to September 30th

The service includes: 
  • Travel expenses
  • Equipment
  • Cleaning (brushing, vacuuming, cleaning the pump filter, mixing and rinsing the sand filter, maintaining the water level)
  • Products (Chlorine, PH-, PH +, flocculant, testers)
  • Sweeping the immediate surroundings of the pool to prevent leaves from going into the water
  • The visual control of the exteriors of the house
  • The sending by email of a report after each passage

The service includes: 
  • Keeping the keys
  • Relocation of mail and sending
  • Watering indoor plants and terrace

  • Aeration of all rooms in the house
  • The commissioning of faucets and flush toilets for checking operation and circulation
  • Reporting of any technical problems (plumbing, electricity, etc.)
  • The sending by email of a report after each passage

  • Turning on the water heater
  • Switching on the heating or air conditioning if desired
  • The setting of sheets and linens
  • The setting up of the outdoor lounges (chairs, tables) and deckchairs
  • Emailing a report
