On the top floor of a two-floor building without elevator, the 60m2 apartment consists of a living-dining room with air conditioning (hot and cold) opening onto the 27m2 terrace, a fully equipped kitchen (oven , ceramic hob, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, espresso machine, kettle, toaster), two double bedrooms each with fitted wardrobe and a 150x190 bed and fan ceiling, a third bedroom with two 90x190 bunk beds and ceiling fan, a bathroom with Italian shower, double sink and WC. The second 13m2 terrace is accessible from the kitchen and has a separate toilet.

Oliva Playa is a typical seaside resort built in the 70s and 80s. You will find all local services and shops within walking distance: ice cream shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, health center, local supermarkets, chiringuitos (beach bars). Supermarkets are 2km away and Oliva town center is only 3km away.

It is possible to park for free on the street of the building.

50 meters from the apartment is Pau Pi beach. In high season swimming is supervised from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The apartment has all the necessary equipment: sea view, two large terraces, beautiful Ibiza-style decoration, air conditioning (hot and cold), ceiling fans, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, quality bedding , microwave, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, cordless vacuum cleaner, kitchen utensils and crockery for 6 people, high-speed internet, Smart TV with international chanels, board games.

Bordering on the province of Alicante, Oliva boasts 10 kilometres of clean beaches and shallow waters, backed almost in their entirety by dunes which separate the orange groves from the sea. In town, which is well-preserved, the Christian village and the Moorish suburb stand out. Noteworthy monuments include the Archpriestal Palace, the convent of Rebollet, the “Torre de Comare” (from the 5th and 6th centuries), San Roque (from the 18th and 19th centuries) and the ruins of the castle of Santa Ana. Also worth a visit are the house of Gregorio Mayans and the ancestral homes from the 17th to the 19th centuries on Calle Tamarit. The yacht club and the marina provide the opportunity to do water sports such as windsurfing. The region promotes river fishing and hiking in the mountains. The town also has an 18-hole golf course. Worth a separate mention is the Pego-Oliva Fen Nature Reserve, an area of wetlands with abundant indigenous animals and plants of great ecological value.
