Register of Real Estate Agents

In accordance with the new law in force in the Valencian Community since October 2023, in order to regulate the actors of the real estate market, we are pleased to announce

our registration in the Register of Real Estate Agents of the Valencian Community under the number RAICV 1739.

What does this mean?

Previously, the real estate market lacked mandatory regulations and qualifications for real estate professionals, which could create risk for both sellers and buyers.
To obtain this certification, several obligations had to be met:

• 250 hours of training in real estate and tax law, with the aim of providing the best service and advice to our clients;
• a minimum bank guarantee of €60,000 to protect deposits made by our customers;
• a civil liability insurance policy of €600,000 to cover any possible damage caused;
• warrant professional premises in accordance with the public reception.
